Veganized from Sarah Schlesinger’s 500 Fat Free Recipes — “Summertime Tomato Sandwich” recipe.
1 8 oz tub of Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried cilantro

An easy, fast, reliable “sick comfort food” type of dish. I’ve been eating it for breakfast for the last few days. The recipe doubles easily.
