Last Friday (Winter Solstice) Julia and I got a late start to our seeds. We’d been distracted with Thanksgiving and Christmas pageant costumes/rehearsals so the garden was left to fend for itself other than waterings when it didn’t rain. Today I went out to see if I needed to water and it was a cool, misty, just-rained-in-the-night kind of morning. With sprouts in the pots! So some lettuce eye candy…
